1) Look for the products at our catalogues, or at the online shop.
2) Choose the products that you like best.
3) Check our stock position, to make sure you choose only product available for prompt delivery. (Ask for the link to access the stock).
4) Make an order list of the available products, informing the quantities, the model's codes, the print codes and its sizes.
5) Send us the order list in an Excel sheet, or in the body of the email message.
6) Wait for our response, confirming your order with the total value including the shipping cost.
7) At this stage, you will be asked to send us the authorization form for the credit card debit, all filled and signed, by fax, or email (with the scanned imaged of the signed doc.). The form will be sent to you by email.
You can also pay with wire transfer or bank deposit. (Ask for the bank account info).
8) After the payment aproval, just wait for your order. The delivery time is about 5 to 10 business days. You will be receiving the AWB number to track your package at the Fedex website.

* Shipping

The shipping services are provided by Federal Express (Fedex). Fedex takes care of all the customs documents and import process. The order is delivered right to your door. The import fees will be charged at the moment of its delivery.
