How much do you charge for the bikinis?
How can I pay? After making an order, how long do I have to wait to receive it? Is there a minimum order? Is there a minimum per model? Is there any kind of volume discounts? vary according to model, print and quantity ordered. You can consult
prices for each model and quantity by applying to our register
data base. To
place an order, you must send us an Excell file with the models,
colors, sizes and quantities of your choice. You will
need to consult our stock position to make sure you choose the
products available for prompt delivery (the stock position is
shown as long as you decide to place the order). After receiving
the list by email, we will check the order, and will reply you
imediately with the total amount, including the shipping. For small or medium orders, you can pay with credit card or bank deposit. If you place a programed order, payment can be done by letter of credit, or 50% in advance, with wire transfer, and 50% at the shipping time. For orders until US$ 3,000.00, the best way is to pay with credit card. CREDIT CARD: It is the faster and easier way to pay. All exporting process are simple and the delivery time is minimum. The customer receives a debit authorization form by email. The form have to be correctly filled and sent back to us by email (scanned image) or fax. As soon as charging is approved by the credit card administration, your order is immediately sent. Credit cards are most used when the customer order products available in stock. BANK DEPOSIT: The customer can transfer to our account, from any bank of his country. After that, we need to be informed about the deposit, (send us the receipt by fax or email). OF CREDIT: A letter of credit is basically a document issued by
a bank guaranteeing a client's ability to pay for goods or services.
A bank or finance company issues a letter of credit on behalf
of an importer or buyer, authorizing the exporter or seller to
obtain payment within a specified timeframe once the terms and
conditions outlined in the letter of credit are met. The letter
of credit acts like an insurance contract for both the buyer and
seller and practically eliminates the credit risk for both parties,
while at the same time reducing payment delays. A letter of credit
provides the exporter or seller with the greatest degree of safety
when extending credit. It is useful when the importer or buyer
is not well known and when exchange restrictions exist or are
possible. A letter of credit is a banking mechanism which allows
importers to offer secure terms to exporters. This is mostly used
in case of programmed orders. It always takes longer than credit
card and bank deposit because it must accomplish bureaucratic
processes. Typically the documents requested will include a commercial
invoice, a transport document such as a bill of lading or airway
bill, an insurance document; but others can also be requested.
Example: The customer makes a special order that must be produced
for a specific programmed date. Our company sends an commercial
invoice with the order total value, this way our client can make
the letter of credit. To start producing all goods it is necessary
that the letter is available at the bank, this way we have a guarantee
that the client is not going to give up the order. As soon as
the goods arrive in the customer's country it is notified, and
as long as the payment is made, the goods are received. If the orders is based on our available products in stock, it usually takes 5 to 7 days to be delivered. Time starts to count when the credit card debit authorization is received, or as soon as themoney from bank deposit reached our account. For programmed orders, it usually takes between 90 to 120 days (approximately). The minimum order is 25 pieces, and you can vary between models. Yes, but there is a minimum of 1000 pieces. usually use FEDEX services for small and medium
orders. For small orders it is also possible to use SEDEX (mail
express service from Brazilian Post Office). For large quantities
we take quotation for air shipping. In these cases, broker and
custom services are required. Freight by ship is just worthy for
programmed orders over 10000 pieces (programmed orders - 6 months
in advance) It will depend on the order final destiny. FEDEX usually charges a minimum of US$ 50.00 for small boxes (about 25 bikinis) the great advantage of these company is that the order gets into final destiny in about 5 to 7 days (depending on the country) and it is faster, safer and easier in case the order is stopped at Customs. The cheapest way to send small packages is to use SEDEX - Brazilian Mail Express services. It usually takes between 25 to 35 days. It depends on the country. We recommend you to consult a broker or the local Fedex office at your town for more information. We only use high quality materials, Lycra Invista (DuPont), and Light Lycra Invista. Compositions: Lycra (85% polyamide 15% elastane); Light Lycra (91% polyamide 9% elastane) and Linning 100% polyamide. All accessories and materials for sewing are high quality. We

the professional shows an excellent performance, have a well structured

country, then a contract of exclusiveness can be set. To became our
exclusive distributor in your country it is necessary to achieve
a high level of demand, providing Sweet Brazil products for all
your region every season. Quantities to achieve exclusiveness
range from 5,000 to 50,000 pieces/year, depending on the country.
For non-exclusive distributor, there
is no minimum required. Distributor frequently acquires from us a large quantity of products, supplying directly its regional retail market. The profit will be determinate by its own will, and it is usually very wide, because products are acquired in advance with its own investment. The sales representative is a professional that, with a samples set, shows our products to retailer shops, taking orders and sending it to us. We supply the products ordered to retailers and 10% of the total is a percentage paid to our agent. Risks and expenses are minimized, as it is only necessary to invest on the samples set. It is not necessary to acquire our products in advance. |
